We are a Veteran, Minority, Female owned company. Jake and Sondra Martinez bought their first rental property over twenty years ago. Their son, Allen Martinez is a well-known realtor in the DFW Area and serves as Acquisitions Manager for SM Home Investors. As the business grew in the single-family rental, rehab, flips and holds, the family discovered a true passion for owning and investing in Multifamily Apartment Homes.

We seek and source multifamily opportunities through local brokers and business partners. Focusing on B/C properties built between 1980’s and 2000’s. These communities can range from 40 to 250 units. We insist on creating value through improving operations, looking for value-add components, and community development opportunities.

Working through our syndication model with like-minded sponsors our investors join together to invest beyond their individual capabilities. This allows them to leverage these resources and strengths while making a passive income.
